a bit of news: i recently bought a new lens for my camera, a 50mm f1.8, with my birthday money. i haven't really had the chance to use it much yet, but from what i have, i really really like it.

on another note, dad just got a pool put in at his place and i've been swimming twice today :) it's quite lovely.
and i only just realised how close it's getting to christmas. it's crazy. it also means there's not too long before i go to new zealand with my man for a month, which is even crazier! it just makes me even more excited for the festive season. it's going to go off this year!
